Chelsea will kick-start their new Premier League season in two weeks from now under new head-coach Maurizio Sarri who joined the club earlier this summer to replace his compatriot Antonio Conte.
The Blues went through a torrid season last campaign under Conte a season after he guarded the Premier League club to the Premier League title.
Chelsea ended the season out of the top four (5th) on the EPL table and in light of this, they would not be participating in the upcoming UEFA Champions League.
According to a report, Juventus are eyeing move for Chelsea star N’Golo Kante as a possible replacement to departing Miralem Pjanic this summer.
This report is according to Italian outlet CalcioMercato that claims the Serie A champions have made Kante their number one choice should Pjanic leave Turin this summer.
Pjanic is tipped to join reigning Premier League champions Manchester City after the Citizen missed out on the signing of Jorginho, who joined Chelsea, this summer.
Juventus, however, will now turn to Chelsea and France World Cup winner in the wake of seeing Pjanic joining Juventus this summer. Should Chelsea line Kante up for sale this summer, the Serie A giants will face keen competition from Paris Saint-Germain who had earlier been interest in luring midfielder back to his hometown.
There is report from Gianluca di Marzio that also claimed Barcelona are also targeting the former Leicester City this summer and claimed Chelsea will demand €80million (£71m) for the France international.
According to the Daily Express, the Blues are keen on tying down the long-term future of the France international by offering him a £200k-a-week deal.
