ALL DONE: Chelsea accept and “ready” to pay €35m to complete 1st summer signing

Chelsea FC are reportedly ready to meet Serie A giants Juventus’ €35m price-tag for signing Daniele Rugani this summer, according to reports in Italy.

According to Italian news outlet Calcionews24.com, as quoted by 101 Great Goals, is claiming that the Premier League club are ready to sanction the fee that will see the club’s first signing of the summer transfer window.

The report adds that the Blues are hoping to secure Rugani signing this summer as Maurizio Sarri prepares to take over at Stamford Bridge from Antonio Conte this summer.

The same report adds that Chelsea are keen on signing the Italian this summer even before they announced Sarri as their new manager.

Juventus, however, have reportedly begun their search for who will replace Rugani this summer if does join Chelsea, with AFA Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt believed to be on their books.

We have seen tons of players linked with Chelsea this summer and even managers but the club are yet to confirm any signings of new players ahead of next season.

But it is very certain they will make at least two of three signings this summer and appoint a new manager to replace Conte, as they prepare to try and at least if not win the Premier League title, they end their campaign into the top four next season.
