Arkadiusz Milik open to January move amid Spurs and Everton links
Reported Tottenham Hotspur and Everton target Arkadiusz Milik appears open to a change of clubs in the January transfer window.
The 26-year-old was linked with a number of clubs over the summer, including Spurs and the Toffees, plus Manchester United.
However, real money online casino games reports a move failed to materialise, and Milik remains at Napoli, though he’s not in Gennaro Gattuso’s plans, with no appearances yet this season.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, both Spurs and Everton could revisit their interest in the Poland international in January.
And with Milik out of favour at his current club, he told Sportowefakty – translated by the Daily Mail – that he hopes an agreement can be found between Napoli and any suitors.
“We’ll see where I go,” he said. “At this point, I am not with anyone. Now, I’ll wait for the next transfer window and I hope the clubs can find an understanding.
“Physically I’m fine, I have trained well individually. I will play matches with the national side.
“I wanted to appear in the Polish national team. In three months, my form won’t be too much affected.”
While Spurs have signed Carlos Vinicius on loan and Everton have a front line firing on all cylinders, there is always scope to strengthen further, particularly with a player of Milik’s calibre.
Since joining Napoli in 2016, he has netted 48 times across 122 matches in all competitions, including 34 goals in his last two seasons, while for Poland, he has 14 goals from 51 caps.
With Milik’s contract running out next summer, a reported £26m high payout online casino summer price tag, and an apparent willingness to move, Jose Mourinho and Carlo Ancelotti should certainly be keeping tabs on him.
