According to emerging reports, Premier League clubs Liverpool, Arsenal and AS Roma are reportedly interested in signing RB Leipzig’s Emil Forsberg this summer.
The two Premier League club are keen on signing the Sweden international this summer, with the Daily Express and Daily Star claiming the duo of Arsenal and Liverpool are interested in the Swedish winger.
However, Liverpool and Arsenal will face strong competition from AS Roma, with Italian news outlet Gianlucadimarzio.com claiming Roma are eyeing move for the winger and are keeping tabs on him at the ongoing 2018 World Cup finals in Russia.
Arsenal are a huge club and boast of great supporters forum, but given Arsenal will not playing in the Champions League next season, it is hard to see the North London club signing Forsberg this summer transfer window.
The winger would fit in at Liverpool playing style given Jurgen Klopp likes to play attacking football, but Forsberg would not find it easy to establish himself in the Reds starting lineup.
AS Roma would also be participating in the Champions League next season, and this might well be a very attractive option for the 26-year-old winger, who CIES Football Observatory values at €18.2 million (£15.95m).
Roma lost to Liverpool in the semi-finals of the Champions League this past season and they would do everything in their power in winning the race to sign Forsberg this summer.
