Chelsea fans slam Willian & Ross Barkley after woeful displays v West Ham [Tweets]

This Sunday wasn’t the planned Super Sunday for Chelsea supporters as West Ham United played out a goalless draw at the London Stadium.

The shared points was a decent one for the Hammers, considering Manuel Pellegrini’s men had lost four of their previous opening five Premier League fixtures, however, today’s result meant that Maurizio Sarri’s 100% winning streak with Chelsea came to an abrupt end.

It could have been a worse scenario for Chelsea had West Ham’s Adriy Yarmokenko not missed a golden opportunity in the second half.

Chelsea are of course still unbeaten, having recorded 16 points from six matches to day, although the Blues have now dropped from top spot to 3rd with Liverpool 1st on the table and way ahead of defending champions Manchester City.

In the aftermatch of today’s fixture with West Ham, Chelsea fans were highly critical of the performance of winger Willian who came in for the injured Pedro, and they didn’t hold back their views on the Brazilian performance on Twitter.

Meanwhile, stats actually showed that Willian, who was a strong target for Barcelona in the summer, had in fact completed more dribbles (three) whilst creating more chances (six) than any other player during the London clash with West Ham, although these stats can be misleading at times.

We have selected some of the views from Chelsea supporters on Twitter regarding Willian:
