CONFIRMED: Manchester United defender set to have a new partner this Summer

With rumours having Mancheser United all over the transfer market, the Red Devils defender Victor Lindelof will be having a new signing as partner next season.

Lindelof, arrived at the Old Trafford from Portuguese club Benfica for a fee reportrd to be worth £35m back in 2017, might be the only defender left in the United team during the summer.

Eric Baily, Phil Jones and Chris Smalling could all be facing the exit door as their future at Old Trafford is said to be hanging on a thread following their pokr performance this season.

Speaking to Sportingbet, Sharpe said: “I think Lindelof has all the qualities to become a world class defender and I’ve been very impressed with how he has improved this season after a shaky start last year.

“He is quick and strong and he looks like he loves to defend.

“I think Mourinho really hindered our defence by destroying their confidence and filling them with fear.
“I expect Lindelof to be our first-choice central defender next season, with a new signing alongside him.”

Manchester United should be able to sign players freely to the club if they could manage to secure a spot in the Champions League next season.
