With several rumours still pointing Manchester United star Paul Pogba out of the club, United has taken a step forward to pick out Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Bruno Fernandes as potential replacement for the Frenchman.
Now permanent manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer came out in public earlier to announce that Pogba will be staying put at Old Trafford for another season, and the Frenchman’s contract is set to expire in 2021.
His contract with the Red Devils has sparked speculations in the media about his future which have the club lining up a list of player to replace the star.
The reports further claim that the Reds will be getting ready to table bids for the Lazio’s Milinkovic-Savic and Sporting Lisbon’s Fernandes should Pogba be involved in big-money move to Madrid.
Paul Pogba and his agent Nijo Raiola has been reported by The Sun to have spoken to Madrid manager over the phone but both party are yet to agree on the wage demands the Red’s star is asking for despite being in an advance stage.
Manchester United might just need to act fast on securing a replacement as soon as possible.
