Liverpool’s Emre Can has jet into Turin to undergo a medical before be finally becomes a Juventus player this summer.
The Germany midfielder will be joining Juve on a free transfer when his current contract with the Reds expires at the end of the month.
Can is expected to agree a five-year deal with Serie A back-to-back champions and will join his compatriot and look alike Sami Khedira in their midfield.
This will see Can becoming the club’s second signing of the summer, following Juve’s earlier signing of Mattia Perin from Genoa.

Juve have also made Douglas Costa’s loan move from Bundesliga club Bayern Munich permanent earlier in the summer, while the likes of Mattia Caldara and Lorenzo Spinazzola has been touted to join Massimiliano Allegri’s squad for their preseason training next month. The duo were sent out of the club to spend the entire season past season with Atalanta.
Can was believed to be deemed surplus to requirement at Anfield and Reds signing of Naby Keita and Fabinho would further see him spending most of his time on the bench.
Emre Can, who was earning £70,000 weekly with Liverpool, will be another Juventus high-profile signing on free transfer this summer, having previously signed the likes of Paul Pogba, Kingsley Coman, Dani Alves, Andrea Pirlo and Khedira when they were out of contract.
Can will be leaving Liverpool with a total of 14 goals in 166 appearances across all competition.
