According to reports which claoms that the North London outfit were going to be paying the Spanish international more wages than they offered to pay Aaron Ramsey, who is a better player in the Premier League.
According to latest reports from French outlet, Herrera have agreed to terms with the Ligue 1 outfit and will be joining the club by the end of the season.
Herrera was also reported to be formerly keen on remaining at the Old Trafford but chose to leave as a contract to meet with his demands was not agreed on.
After agreeing on a deal with PSG, Arsenal will be set to look elsewhere for another player with their offer being turned down for the Manchester United star.
Talking about his situation at Old Trafford, Ander Herrera said: “It is logical [to be linked with other clubs] when you have three months of contract [left].
“I take it as normal. I focus on football in the month and a half [of the season] that remains.
“The rest is left to my agent, both the possible renewal with United and if you talk to another club, so I do not know if my stage is over.
“I enjoy being at the biggest club in England. The fans have treated me phenomenally and my duty is to listen to them, although I do not know what is going to happen.”
