According to reports, Paris Saint-Germain youngster Odsonne Edouard could be unveiled as the club’s first signing of the summer in the coming days.
Talks about bringing the young striker to Glasgow on a a permanent basis advanced yesterday with a Celtic fan picturing Edouard on a flight to Glasgow.
Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers is believed to have convinced Paris Saint-Germain to send the striker on loan to his last August and was delighted with the results with the Ligue 1 champions.

Edouard, who joined Celtic to play as third choice behind Moussa Dembele and Leigh Griffiths, made an instant impact with his scoring debut against Hamilton Accies.
In the springtime, Edouard showed that he could rise to the big occasion with a winning goals coming off the bench against Rangers followed by his opening two goals in Celtic’s 5-0 title winning match against Sveco.
Various prices have been quoted for a permanent transfer with PSG likely to have a buy back option with add-on’s due if Celtic reach the group phase of the Champions League and a portion of any sell on fee.
