Done Deal: Prolific Forward all set to complete Chelsea transfer, Medicals date already set
Chelsea prolific centre forward Martell Taylor-Crossdale is all set to be joining up Bundesliga outfit Hoffeinheim with medicals date set ahead of a permanent move this summer.
The 19-year-old striker, who claimed the top scorer in U18 Premier League back in 2017, has been pivotal for the Blues in their Youth campaign level.
Taylor-Crossdale has represented the England team from the U16 to U20 scoring all through to the level and he was key for his England U18 side that won the Toulon Tournament title back in 2017.
The Blues were reported to have tabled a contract extension offer to keep Taylor-Crossdale at the club but the deal was not agreed on as he leave as a free agent, according to report from Sky Sports.
In other news, Chelsea – who is yet to overturn their transfer ban – has been reported to be willing to offer up £69 million in hopes of bringing in Fiorentina winger Federico Chiesa to the club this summer.
Report has it that the Blues have identified the Italian winger as potential replacement for Eden Hazard – who looks set to join Real Madrid this summer – having had an impressive season in the Serie A this season.
Hazard’s big-move move to the Spanish Capital might be announced right after Chelsea’s last match of the season against Arsenal in the Europa League fianl to be held in Baku on May 29.
