According to reports from The Guardian, Premier League giants Chelsea F.C. are eyeing a £36m move for PSV youngster Hirving Lozano.
The Blues have already secured the signing of Christian Pulisic this month, though the American starlet will remain with his primary club on loan until the end of the season.
There are also reports that the Blues have also been linked with a move for AC Milan striker Gonzalo Higuain, who is currently on loan with Milan for Juventus, but the Old Lady have rejected speculation suggesting the Argentine will link up with Sarri once more.
However, in a bid to improve their attacking fortunes, Chelsea are considering a bid for the Mexican star, who has scored 11 goals and registered six assists in the Eredivisie this season.
Arsenal, Liverpool and Barcelona have previously been linked with a move Lozano, but Chelsea now appear to have stolen a march on the trio in the race to land the Mexico international.
PSV will be reluctant to cash in on one of their star players this month, with Lozano’s WhoScored rating (8.12) the third best of all players for the Eredivisie leaders.
