Premier League club Chelsea F.C. are reportedly keen on signing Bayern Munich’s centre-back Robert Lewandowski before this summer transfer window get shuts on August 9.

The Bundesliga giants head-coach Nico Kovac recently said the Poland international will not be sold this summer, but it appears there’s a new development at Allianz Arena regarding Lewandowski future.

Although, likes of Manchester United and Real Madrid have also been linked with the deadly striker, who in 195 appearances so far for Bayern, has netted 151 goals.

Last season, Lewandowski netted 41 goals in 48 appearances last season and lead the Bavarians to their fourth consecutive Bundesliga titles.

It’s believed Chelsea new head-coach Maurizio Sarri has marked him as his number one transfer target this summer to lead his attack next season having missed out on the signing of Gonzalo Higuain this summer.

The report adds further that the Blues are ready to splash the money in order to bring one of the best no.9’s in Europe at Stamford Bridge.
