Huge: Arsenal set to agree four-year deal for €15m-rated left-winger in 72 hours

Arsenal are one of the top six club who are very active in the transfer window having completed five summer deal and appears they are still interested in some couple more additions.

Report on Monday via The Daily Mirror has been suggesting Nigerian star Alex Iwobi is set to sign a new deal with Arsenal which will keep him at Arsenal until 2022.

Iwobi has been an Arsenal player since a tender age and hard his breakthrough season in the 2015/16 season when he made his first competitive debut in the Premier League under former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.

However, the winger progressed looks to have stalled since then and looked like a man seriously lacking confidence for much of last season and this could soon change.

Well, that could soon change with fresh reports that the Nigerian midfielder is set to sign a new contract at the Emirates.

Iwobi’s current deal is set to expire in two years but The Mirror has claimed that the €15million rated new deal will run up until 2022.

We’re still awaiting any official confirmation but this is good news if it turns out to be true. Alex Iwobi has shown glimpses of real quality in the last few seasons and it will be fascinating to see how he progresses under Unai Emery next season.
