Premier League giants Arsenal have reportedly been given a boost in their race to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Christopher Nkunku in the summer.
The 21-year-old midfielder, who was formerly linked with a move to Emirates Stadium during the winter transfer window, might just be getting a reunion with former manager Unai Emery should a deal pull through.
With the deal falling through in January, the Ligue 1 giants are now reported to be set for a squad overhaul or youngsters in their club this summer, with Nkunku claimed to be one of them.
Reports from RMC claims that Paris Saint-Germain will be more willing to agree to a deal that will see them have a percentage in any future sale of the player.
The French youngster might just be costing the English club a fee worth £30 million, but the Gunners might not be interested in sealing a move that could see them lose funds should they also decide to bank in on the player in the future.
Christopher Nkunku might just be the perfect replacement for the Gunners’ Mesut Ozil who has not suited Unai Emery football style with the club board keen to cash in on the German star.
