Real Madrid have been reported to have rejected an offer worth €180 million(£155m) for midfielder Marco Asensio, according to the player’s agent Horacio Gaggioli.
The Spanish attacker has been struggling for game time for the whole 2018/19 campaign having just 20 starts in 42 Club’s appearances so far this season, which is sparking rumours that the star might take the exit door.
Premier League giant Liverpool and Italian club Juventus has both been reported to be interested in signing the midfielder, but a deal won’t be going through as the player and Spanish club is not looking to sell.
“Over the last year there have been offers as high as €150m and €180m, but Madrid did not want to listen to them,” Gaggioli told ESPN. “There is always interest in Marco from other big clubs, seeing if he wanted to leave, which is normal for the player he is.
“But he always says that he is very happy with Madrid, is only interested in being a success there. He is still a young kid, improving all the time, and the club is very happy with him too.”
Bullshit..Klopp is way smarter in his choice of players and their price….lmao
