Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane is reportedly a £200m summer transfer target for Premier League rival Manchester City, according to a report.
The 24-year-old is on course to end the season as the English top flight top-scorer for a third successive season, having scored 23 goals already this season so far.
Tottenham are believed to be bracing themselves for an approach from reigning European and La Liga champions Real Madrid, who are in the market for a new striker to replace Karim Benzema, and according report from Spanish publication Diario Gol suggests that another name has been added to the list of interested clubs.
Man City boss Pep Guardiola apparently believes the England international is the missing piece of the jigsaw at the Etihad Stadium, and the Spaniard has backed his side to break the bank for – £200m – to land Kane in a world record fee ahead of next season.
The reports also suggest City will look to offload Sergio Aguero to free up funds, with Chelsea the most recent side to be linked with the Argentina international who himself has netted 21 league goals this with seven assists this season.
