Man United join Liverpool and Chelsea in the race to sign £60m-rated

A report from the German sport news outlet suggest Premier League giants Manchester United will join in the race to sign Borussia Dortmund’s highly-rated ace Christian Pulisic.

The USA international, who’s believed to worth around £60m, has been linked with a move to the Premier league for several months though this is the first time the Red Devils have been mentioned as suitor in the same bracket as Chelsea and Liverpool.

The 20-year-old midfielder is a player who has been on the radar of some of Europe’s most elite clubs for about two years and he seems destined to make a move this summer.

This week’s edition of the German outlet SportBild reports that the Red Devils – as well as Liverpool – are ready to make move for Pulisic in the next summer transfer window. It’s added that Chelsea also are considering move for him in January but it’s all down to Dortmund whether they would let the player leave mid-season.

Despite earning rave reviews last season, Pulisic has not been a regular starter this season and his contract ends in summer 2020. The Bundesliga club could cash in by allowing him to leave in the next two transfer windows.

The player has stated in the past that he is interested in playing in the Premier League and there is a belief that American owned Liverpool and United would see him as a very marketable asset.

Despite earning huge reviews last season for his performances, Pulisic has find it hard to nail a regular starting role for Dortmund this season and his contract ends in summer of 2020. Dortmund are said to be ready to allow him leave in the next two transfer windows.

Borussia Dortmund have enjoyed a great start to the season and are currently top of Bundesliga with 30 points – four clear of Borussia Monchengladbach.  Because of their success, Pulisic has struggled to break into a winning team.
