Standing 1.80m tall, Micah Richard went through the ranks of Manchester City’s academy team to gain recognition to play for the club’s first team.

He made his first team debut against Arsenal in October 2005, and the rest is history. Micah Richards went on to make 16 appearances for Manchester City in all competitions. His talent became apparent as City received a bid of £5 million from Tottenham Hotspur following the end of the 2005/06 campaign.
