Liverpool are prepared to offer a whooping £104million bid for Valencia’s Carlos Soler and Ferrán Torres if Mohamed Salah joins Real Madrid in the summer, according to Spanish news outlet El Gol Digital.
The Spanish outlet report that Jurgen Klopp’s side are aware that Torres and Soler are integral part of strong Valencia side, but are confident that a stunning bid of £104million for the duo could persuade the Spanish giants to sell the pair.
The two Valencia players have registered a combined 30 league appearances this season, in order to help their side nail fourth position in La Liga.
The proposed £104million according to the Spanish outlet but should be noted that Torres is a talented winger and is easily one of the best teenagers in world football today, but it’s hard to know if he walk in straight to Liverpool team and replace Salh.
Whereas Soler on the hand is more of the finish article, but even then he’s only 21-years-old and is set to get better, so it’s also hard to judge whether he could fill Salah’s shoes.
The 21-year-old right-midfielder would be a great signing, however it’s hard to see him being as vital to the Reds as Salah currently is.
While the arrival of Soler and Torres would be welcomed, it is hard to imagine the Reds signing them anytime soon, as they won’t have the money to persuade Valencia into letting them go.
