Former Arsenal star Jens Lehman has officially been sent out of his club FC Augsburg.
Lehman departed with Arsenal during the post-Wenger era, which saw him join the Bundesliga club in a bid to work as an assistant coach.
After being sacked by the club, Augsburg assigned former Wolfsburg and Mainz 05 star Martin Schmidt as their new manager.
Augsburg currently are fighting the battle to stay in the League as they sit kn the 15 position on the Bundesliga table with just four points more than VfB Stuttgart sitting at the 16th position.
After announcing thebsigning of Schmidt, managing director Stefan Reiter took to press to say: “Over the last weeks and months, we have done everything we can to master our difficult situation together.”
“After the 0:4 against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and the extremely fluctuating achievements before however, the conviction was missing that we will create this in the long run in the previous constellation.”
Which also meansbthe club has lost any form of hope on Jens Lehman & co to overturn their bad luck this season following the 4-0 defeat to the hands of Hoffenheim and crashingnoutbof the DfB Cup.
Sitting at the 15 position, Augsburg was able to acquire 25 points in 28 league games in the Bundesliga.
I gave your website 3 chances. Every single time it has been some of the most shameless clickbait I have ever seen in my entire life. This is the last time I will be clicking on your utter joke of a football blog. Perhaps you should ask yourself why you need to literally lie to get people to click on your “articles”.
