Premier League giants Manchester United and Chelsea has been given a huge blow ahead of the summer transfer window as Aaron Wan-Bissaka confirms that he will not be leaving his club Crystal Palace anytime soon.
The 21-year-old full back has been prolific for Crystal Palace throughout the 2018/19 campaign as he has been able to spark interests from the League giants following his consistent performance.
The England youth International has been rumoured in the media to be linked with a big-money move away from the Eagles this summer transfer window, but the English player has now put to bed all links pointing him away from his club this summer.
Speaking to Standard Sport, the 21-year-old said: “The situation just shows that my performances don’t go unnoticed. But I am with Crystal Palace at the moment. That is where my contract is and that is where I will be next season.”
Manchester United have been reported to be saying goodbye to duo Antonio Valencia and Matteo Darmian as the season ends, which will be leaving them with their inconsistent stars Ashley Young and Diogo Dalot at competing at the right-back position.
Chelsea, who are also keen on Wan-Bissaka, will just have to be looking elsewhere for a proper right-back available in the market.
