Arsenal will kick-start their new Premier League season in two weeks from now under new head-coach Unai Emery who joined the club earlier this summer to replace long-standing manager Arsene Wenger.
The Gunners went through a torrid season last campaign under Wenger that saw them end the campaign 6th on the Premier League table.
According to a report coming from England, Arsenal new head-coach Unai Emery has confirmed he wants to secure the signings of Sebastian Walukiewicz and Leon Bailey to complete his summer spending before August 9 deadline.
The Daily Sun are reporting that the Premier League giants summer transfer business isn’t yet over despite five arrivals this summer.
The British tabloid adds further that the Gunners are leading the race to sign the highly rated Polish teenager Sebastian Walukiewicz from Pogon Szczecin.
The same report from the above-mentioned source are claiming the Gunners are keeping close tabs on Bailey’s development with Bayer Leverkusen ahead of transfer deadline day.
Bailey is believed eyeing a move away from the Bundesliga club this summer and the Gunners is thought to be his preferred destination.
Bailey could be tempted to join Arsenal this summer having already raided the Bundesliga for the signing of goalkeeper Bernd Leno in a £20m deal earlier in the window.
