Chelsea will have a tough start to the season this coming campaign following their Wednesday International Champions Cup clash with Arsenal with FA Community Shield with Manchester City before they fixtures against Lyon, Huddersfield Town and Arsenal again.
In strengthening their squad of the upcoming season, the Blues have only signed Jorginho from Napoli while Rob Green joined the club on a free transfer move from Huddersfield Town this summer.
According to report however, Chelsea and England rising star midfielder Kasey Palmer has completed a move from Blackburn Rovers on a loan deal.
Palmer attracted interest from Chelsea following his brilliant performance with Charlton Atletic – the Blues snapped him up in the March of 2013 and he has continued to develop well.

The 21-year-old midfielder has spent the last two seasons on loan spells at Huddersfield Town and Derby County, and he the whole of the coming season, he will spend it with newly promoted Championship side Blackburn.
Confirming his transfer from Chelsea, the player told iFollow Rovers
“I think once you are told of the interest you just want to get it done and get to the club straight away. I’ve just wanted to get out there and get training with the team.
“I’m happy to be here and want to be a part of something exciting in the Championship next season. Moving forward I want to achieve something special here.
“As soon as I spoke to the manager and heard what he wanted to do here, the way he likes to play and having watched a couple of games last season, I felt it is a club heading in the right direction.
“I am good friends with Jack Payne from our time at Huddersfield and I made sure I watched the games that were on Sky Sports when he was at the club last season.”
Rovers are not the only club interested in the youngster, but they had to beat the likes of Derby County, Norwich City and Nice to his signature.
He will don the No. 45 Jersey for his new club.
