The Belgian star, who has been heavily linked with a move to the Spanish club for four seasons, could now be joining the club having agreed to personal terms.
Chelsea and Madrid, however, are yet to agree on a transfer fee for the Belgian.
Eden Hazard’s performance for Chelsea this season has been outstanding, finding the back of the net 16 times also registering 12 assists in the Premier League – which makes him the only player in the League with the most goal involvement.
The Belgian attacker contract with Blues is set to expire at the end of next season, which could make the club consider cashing on him having stall on a new deal.
