Reports emerging from Turkish outlet claims that Fenerbache’s winger, Victor Moses, on-loan from Chelsea, does not wish to rush his recovery as he wants to return to the Stamford Bridge in January for a chance to play for Frank Lampard’s team.
Takvim reported, via Sport Witness, that the 28-year-old winger “is not forcing himself enough” to play for the Turkish side because he has been planning on a potential return to his parent club once the January transfer window opens.
The Nigerian winger succumbed to an injury during the opening game for Fenerbache against Gazisehir Gaziantep FK and has ever since been on the sidelines missing six league matches in the process.
With Fernerbache currently sitting at the sixth position with 11 points on the Super Lig table, manager Ersun Yanal will be relying on Moses return to fitness, as the club’s natural winger Garry Rodrigues has also acquired an injury in their recent games. But the report claims that the Nigerian player is ready to go against the manager with the hopes of making an early return to Stamford Bridge.
Yanal was reported to be keen on the 28-year-old winger as he believes the player could play an important role in his team, with his Champions League and Premier League experience, as the club seeks to lift the Turkish League title for the first time in five years.
