Pundit confirms Brendan Rodgers could move to London in the summer

Alan Brazil has said that he believes that Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers could be tempted to join Tottenham Hotspur if current boss Mauricio Pochettino ends up leaving Tottenham in the summer.

Real Madrid are currently in poor form and the club are set to undergo a squad revolution during the summer which could see the club parting ways with current boss Zinedine Zidane.

As Spurs boss is one of the world’s most respected manager at this point in time, the Argentinian boss could be one of the managers that Los Blancos target.

Rodgers meanwhile has been in charge of Celtic since May 2016 and helped the Hoops win the domestic treble last season.

The Northern Irish manager is not new to the Premier League as he previously managed Liverpool and led the Merseyside to second place in the top-flight during the 2013-14 season.

Alan Brazil in an exclusive interview told the Scottish Sun:

“Brendan’s credentials are there for all to see, he’d not leave Celtic for any old job, but the top six in England may be attractive to him one day.”

“What about Tottenham? If Poch goes to Real Madrid, and I think he would go if Real come chasing, there could be an opportunity.”
