According to reports, Celtic are keen on signing £6million rated striker, Abel Hernández to Glasgow this summer on a free move.
The Uruguayan striker is out of contract in the summer which has alerted a lot of teams with Celtic reportedly asking to be kept in the loop about the player’s future.
The striker has been a striker at Hull since 2014 but is looking to face the exit door.
Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers and the club’s Head of Recruitment Lee Congerton are a big fan of Hernández and to be able to get him without any sort of fee will appeal to the club greatly.
Reports down south claim there are a top number of Premier League and Championship teams looking at Abel, if he wants to stay south of the border then Celtic will have to look elsewhere.
But it all remains to be seen whether he would be tempted with offer at the Celtic Park come this summer.
