Reports: West Ham set to offload three strikers

According to reports surging the media from Daily Star, which claims that West Ham United are set to lose their striker Javier Hernandez this summer.

The Mexico international , who joined the English club from Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen in the summer of 2017, is said to be worth £8 million in the transfer market  having failed to live up to the expectations the club wants.

Since his arrival from the Bundesliga side, the Mexican has only been able to register 15 league goals and one assists in 53 appearances which is deemed quite poor for a centre forward.

The Hammers has been inconsistent in their performance throughout the 2018/19 campaign and will be needing call for some help in the transfer window to strengthen up the team for the coming season and hopefully finish higher in the top half of the Premier League table.

The East London club will be keen on bringing in strikers from Europe in this coming summer transfer window as club’s forward Hernandez, Lucas Perez and Marko Arnautovic all facing a possible exit at the end of the season.

In the trio, Mexican striker has been inconsistent in his form for the club while in other times proves to be a vital figure for the team. Arnautovic has failed to find the back of the net since the beginning of the season despite his many goals scored in the beginning of season. While Lucas Perez has failed yet again to adapt to the English League this time with the Hammer following his short spell with Arsenal.
