Chelse prolific centre forward Martell Taylor-Crossdale is all set to be joining up Bundesliga outfit Hoffeinheim with medicals date set ahead of a permanent move this summer.
The 19-year-old striker, who claimed the top scorer in U18 Premier League back in 2017, has been pivotal for the Blues in their Youth campaign level.
Taylor-Crossdale has represented the England team from the U16 to U20 scoring all through to the level and he was key for his England U18 side that won the Toulon Tournament title back in 2017.
It was reported by Sky Sports that Chelsea tabled a contract extension in hopes of tying him down to a new contract, but Taylor-Crossdale now has his mind away from the Stamford Bridge.
