“Welcome to Arsenal” – New signing all smiles in new kit as Arsenal.com shares pictures

Arsenal, today, announced that the club’s second signing of the summer Bernd Leno, who joined the club from Beyer Leverkusen in a a reported 22m euros (£19.3m) deal, who wear former player Santi Cazorla’s No. 19 shirt shirt number as the goalkeeper claimed this revealed date he signed for Arsenal and age he was when he earns his first professional debut.

His signing follows weeks after Juventus’ full-back Stephan Lichtsteiner joins the club on a free transfer.

After Leno, the club have also announced the signing of Borussia Dortmund centre-back as Laurent Koscielny replacement.

Arsenal are also believed to be working on finalising move for Uruguay international’s and Sampdoria midfielder Lucas Torreira as their fourth signing of the summer and if reports bears fruit, Torreira is reportedly in London for talks on finalizing move to Arsenal this summer.

Having given the goalkeeper his shirt number, he joined his new team-mates in training at the London Colney and would hope to challenge Petr Cech for a starting role next season.
