Former Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri is expected to be announce as Chelsea new manger, with an announcement said to be on cards this week.
Sarri was appointed as Napoli head-coach in the summer of 2015 from fellow rival side Empoli. Since he joined Napoli, he has guarded the club to gain a fair share of rave reviews. Under Sarri, Napoli almost won the Scudetto title last season, but Juventus managed to win the title for the record seventh consecutive season.
Now, report coming from British media is claiming that Chelsea have finally reached an agreement with Sarri, after months of negotiation with Napoli president over his signing.
It’s believed Chelsea have now agreed to pay Napoli five million euros asking price to release him from the club and sign for Chelsea this summer. It’s believed that the Italian gaffer is set to sign a two-year contract with Chelsea, with an option to extend for a third season, to replace Antonio Conte.

Sarri’s to Chelsea is expected to be announced in the next few hours by Chelsea and the Italian boss will take over from Antonio Conte as the Blues boss next season.
