With yet to be official reports claiming Chelsea’s and Brazilian winger Willian have joined Manchester United this week, Chelsea seem to have already start working on finding his replacement.
According to reports, it believed the Blues are ready to make a move for Arsenal contract rebel Aaron Ramsey who had severally been linked with a move to Barcelona this summer.
The Wales international is in the final year of his contract with the North London club, and talks about offering and signing a new deal with the club has stalled.
The Gunners new head-coach Unai Emery, however, is believed Ramsey will choose to remain with Arsenal and the issue with his contract will should get sorted before the start of the season when the transfer window closes.
Should this not go as planned this summer, Ramsey will be heading into the new season with the prospect of a free transfer next summer.
Chelsea are watching the progress of the negotiations and if it appears there will be deadlock, they are preparing to move in.
The asking price will be about £30million for Ramsey, who has won 53 caps for Wales and was part of the squad that reached the semi-finals of Euro 2016.
